  • Promoted from .NET developer into team leadership, coordinating 3 developers (1 senior and 2 junior) while reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Led a critical integration across POS, ecommerce and financial ERP systems through REST and SOAP, covering discovery, solution design, implementation, validation and third-party coordination.
  • Result: 99% successful data transfer and 100% of ecommerce sales correctly registered across all three systems for a client handling roughly 250 daily transactions.
  • Designed the ETL and managed the delivery of a BI module adopted by 50+ clients in Uruguay and Argentina, with an error-free rollout and no negative performance impact.

BI module for the ERP client base

ETL design and delivery of a BI solution adopted by more than 50 clients.

Problem
The product had no BI module and clients needed live sales visibility without affecting ERP performance.
My contribution
I designed the ETL, managed the internal project and coordinated a 3-person team across SQL data, backend API and frontend to deliver business metrics.
Outcome
100% client adoption, an error-free rollout and stable performance for more than 50 companies across Uruguay and Argentina.

Inventory synchronization with Mercado Libre

Cloud solution to synchronize unit and bundle inventory between the ERP and a regional ecommerce platform.

Problem
A client needed local inventory to stay synchronized with Mercado Libre, including single items and bundles, to avoid stockouts and operational errors.
My contribution
I designed the cloud architecture, the inventory ETL consolidation flow and the functional process inside the ERP so stock could be managed from one platform.
Outcome
Project in production since January 2025 with no reported bugs, with an implementation reusable across a 50+ client base.

Operational ticket automation at PedidosYa

Python automation to reduce manual work, speed up closures and free operational capacity.

Problem
A 20-person team spent the full week cleaning ticket files in Jira and closing cases with a 24-business-hour ETA.
My contribution
I built Python scripts connected to the Jira API and Google Drive to consolidate files, apply automatic rejection rules, route only relevant work and send feedback back to each ticket.
Outcome
ETA reduced from 24 to 8 hours and 70% of rejectable information automatically filtered, freeing time for internal initiatives and training.

Catalog dashboards for regional stakeholders

Catalog visibility by country and stakeholder through BigQuery and Looker Studio.

Problem
Stakeholders had no visibility into their catalogs because they lacked direct access to the application's middleware.
My contribution
I designed and implemented Looker Studio dashboards connected to BigQuery to reflect catalog information by stakeholder and country.
Outcome
Complaints and questions caused by lack of visibility dropped from 100% to 0%, and the dashboard became a working tool for supply and replenishment decisions.

Problem
Informal prediction competitions do not provide a dedicated experience, automated rules or community rankings.
My contribution
I defined the product and built the frontend, authentication, data model, NBA integration and deployment.
